Scout Sunday event - All available Scouts need to participate in Scout Sunday. The more Scouts we have attending the better impression the Troop will make to the parish. Participating in this event is just one way we show how grateful we are for Resurrection's hospitality.

It's Recharter time again, and Three Fires Council has pushed up the deadline date for troops to submit the names of Scouts and adult leaders who will remain on our roster. As we have over the last several years, we are keeping the fee for Rechartering at $60 per Scout. A check should be made out to BSA Troop 99 and must be submitted to Mrs. Koster at one of the next troop meetings. Absolute deadline to receive your Recharter fee is Monday, January 28th.

Swag Takedown - Saturday, January 19th at 9am

Posted on Jan 18 2013 - 10:28am

This Saturday, January 19th we will be helping the Wayne Garden Club by taking down the swags the we helped put up around Wayne last month. We'll meet at the Little Home Church in Wayne at 9am and we should be done before 11am depending on attendance. Be sure to dress appropriately for the weather as it will be very cold at that hour of the day(winter coats, hat, gloves, layers, etc.). It would also be wise to bring wire cutters to help get the swags down as well as a step ladder for the higher ones. We also need adult drivers to assist with this service project. Did I mention the Garden Club usually has doughnuts for us afterwards?
